Prescriptions

Our prescription process is based on 4 steps:

Start completing a questionnaire on your health status
Complete your online consultation for the disease you want the prescription for
Doctors assess your suitability for your preferred treatment
Click and we will deliver the product in a discreet box when and where you want

When your order is placed, our Online Doctor Team will review your health status and check the suitability of the treatment for you. We may have some queries regarding your prescription and those are only there to ensure your safety. An alternative treatment may be recommended. If our doctor feels that a medical review is needed prior to prescription then we would contact you with the appropriate advise.

If the medication is not deemed appropriate or contraindicated in your health condition or we identify inappropriate requests for medicines (for example too large or too frequent) then the prescription will not be validated and further help and other options will be suggested by our team as per GMC guidance.

As part of our commitment for your health, you can contact our medical team at any point regarding any medication advice (onlinedoctoruk@pharmacenter.co.uk). However, if you require an advice regarding particular conditions then you will be advised to book a consultation.  

Once validated and signed by the doctor, you will receive your e-prescription by e-mail and your order will then be sent out safely and securely to your chosen address in a discreet
box.

We would also strongly advise you to tell your doctor of all medication use so he can amends your clinical details in his practice.

Prescription fee is the cheapest and start from £4 (for a prescription medicine value up to £49.99).
